Body tracking algorithms

Hi!

I have a video of a person talking to an audience, and I want
a list of algorithms (image processing - tools) in order to detect
the person speaking among the audience (the person is moving his
hands a bit). I dont want to detect only the person but if possible
his hands - legs.

Detection of person in video is a highly subjective issue. pls upload
the video for further comments.
